Ramakrishna Vurakaranam is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of Corporate Experience prior to founding IIRM Holdings Group and India Insure. His passion for Institution building ,Team work and Technology driven Customer service drives the group.
He pioneered the Licensing of Insurance broking in India and actively lobbied for getting the Regulation passed in parliament. Championing the cause of Insurance broking was crusade for him and he actively propagated the concept in media in conferences and in all public forums. He was an active participant of Insurance brokers Association of India and Director for 2 terms.
His vision to build an employee listed organization has come good with the group holding company being listed on the Mumbai Stock exchange. He is actively pursuing his dream of taking the India Insure's model accross the country.

Sasi Kumar Adidamu is the Vice – Chairman of IIRM Maldives Pvt. Ltd. He is based out of Hyderabad and shall assist the Chairman in driving the Group forward to the next level. He will focus on helping to grow India Insure’s International footprint in Africa and Far east and strengthening the base in Lanka and Maldives. On the Indian market front he will actively focus on the Acquisitions we are planning and strengthen our Property and Engineering portfolio.
Prior to this role , Sasi Kumar was the Chief Distribution Officer ( CDO) , Institutional Sales for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance and was responsible for leading the company’s IB portfolio through various distribution channels such as Bancassurance , Brokers and Direct Corporate business. He was also responsible for strategic tie-ups through Government Business and Crop Insurance. He also managed product portfolio of the organization.
Prior to CDO role, Sasi Kumar managed Company’s underwriting , Claims , Re-insurance and Risk Management portfolio as Chief Technical Officer ( CTO).
In his earlier role prior to CTO, he handled portfolios as varied as underwriting, claims, marketing & sales at various Zones as Zonal Manager for different geographies viz East Zone , South Zone and West zone.
Sasi Kumar has rich experience of three and half decades and started his insurance career as Direct recruit officer in 1989 with New India Assurance Company. He has worked with the PSUs for over 12 years before joining Bajaj Allianz in the year 2001. Sasi Kumar has also had a brief stint with the IT sector , having worked as a Business Analyst with an Australian IT company.
Sasi Kumar Adidamu holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of India. He has also completed advanced Engineering Insurance training at Munich Re at Munich , Germany and Advanced re-insurance program at Gen Re , Germany.
Besides work, Sasi Kumar is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his family.

Graeme La Brooy has a rich diversified experience in the field of insurance, International Sales & Business Management. He started his insurance innings with Janashakthi Insurance Plc and later had been with Asian Alliance as part of the Senior Management. He had been with Brandix for about a decade. A Fellow of CIM and CMI, he was instrumental in setting up and growing Foresight Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers in Sri Lanka.
After having represented the Sri Lanka Cricket Team from 1986 to 1992, he has continued with his passion for cricket by involving himself with the administration of Sri Lanka Cricket. He has been on the International Match Referee Panel of the International Cricket Council since 2010.

Ismail Hilmy is a pioneer in the Safari Boat business back in 1975 and subsequently, in 1980 took over Halaveli Island, Ari Atoll for its development into an owner-operated tourist resort. He was a joint venture for Hotel Constance to redevelop Halaveli into a 5 Star World class Luxury Resort in 2005, a key investor for Machchafushi Island in South Ari Atoll and Centara Grand Machchafushi, which opened as a 4 star plus deluxe property consisting of 112 villas . In 1995 he was appointed as the Honorary Consul General for the Republic of Turkey in the Maldives which appointment continues to date . He was recognized for his engagement in the development of two resorts namely Ozen a five star luxury resort and Oblu a four star plus resort, which commenced business in 2016 July and 2018 July respectively

Specializing in Business and Financial Strategy, with high profile Corporate Leadership positions held in Banking, Housing Finance and Capital Market Development, with a proven track record of professional excellence in the UK, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Singapore. Counting over 40 years of experience with the career path that began as a Management Trainee in 1977 with the Peter Robinson and the Top Man Group of the UK, progressing to become a Corporate Executive including more than 36 years in senior and corporate management positions in Enterprise Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Credit Operations, Housing Finance, Banking, Business Administration and Marketing. The large and reputed organizations in the service history include UK's Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster District Finance Office, Housing Corporation of England and Wales, the Halifax Group, and Sri Lanka’s Maritime International Financial Services Ltd., Ceylinco (Nation’s) Building Society, HDFC Bank of Sri Lanka, World Bank’s International Finance Corporation Partner Company HDFC PLC in the Maldives, and at present, Executive Director for Capital Finance and Investment Limited of the UK’s operations in the Maldives, Singapore, UK and Sri Lanka.
